Unlike basic chat tools, MsgBox helps businesses increase replies speed by 80%, triple leads, and boost conversions by 75%.
MsgBox can be used without HubSpot. Your team can manage supported customer conversations in MsgBox as a standalone platform. If you use HubSpot, the optional integration can connect selected customer information and interactions to your CRM, subject to the agreed channel capabilities and synchronisation settings.
Your team can reply in MsgBox or, for supported connections, in HubSpot Inbox. In CRM-only sync mode, agents work in MsgBox while selected contact information and conversation summaries are synchronised to HubSpot. In HubSpot Inbox mode, agents can reply in HubSpot and the channel's text messages are also synchronised. The mode is configured for each supported channel.

Administrators control the approved contact fields and sync mode. Data from China channels is processed and stored in mainland China when the HubSpot integration is disabled. Enabling the integration can transfer selected fields and summaries to HubSpot outside mainland China; HubSpot Inbox mode also transfers text messages. Original voice messages, images, files and chat archives remain in mainland China. NetFarmer reviews the data flow with your team before activation.
MsgBox does not train its own AI models on customer conversations. Its AI features use third-party enterprise API services selected under commitments not to use API data for model training. Your administrator controls whether AI features are enabled. NetFarmer can explain the model services, processing region and information sent for your deployment before activation.
Administrators can review the approved fields and sync mode, as well as synchronisation records. Before a connection is activated, the data transfer notice identifies the recipient, storage location and information to be synchronised. Changes to the approved fields or mode require confirmation. NetFarmer can explain the available search, export and retention options for your deployment.
Using MsgBox alone does not establish compliance. MsgBox provides controls for data storage, access, synchronisation and audit records. Your business remains responsible for its processing purposes, customer notices and any required authorisations. Your legal advisers should assess the requirements applicable to your use case, including cross-border data transfers. NetFarmer can provide technical documentation and data flow information to support that review.
Disconnecting the integration stops further synchronisation. MsgBox can continue to operate independently. Data already synchronised to HubSpot remains in your HubSpot account and must be managed or deleted there. Disconnecting the integration does not itself delete your MsgBox data. If you end your MsgBox service or request deletion, data is handled according to the agreed retention and deletion terms.
NetFarmer does not need to read customer conversations for routine maintenance. If access is required to investigate a support issue, customer authorisation is required and the access is logged. Within your own organisation, conversation visibility and administrative permissions are controlled by the roles and settings available in your deployment.
